By completing the Partnering Pass Registration Form, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not register for the Partnering Pass.We recommend that you save or print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.
There are other terms that may apply to you
These terms and conditions refer to the following additional terms, which also apply to your participation:
- our Privacy Policy, available at wplatform.co/legal/privacy-policy, which explains how we collect, use and store your personal data; and
- our Event Terms, which apply to all attendees of events organised by us.
What the Partnering Pass includes
The pass gives full access to all content sessions, networking areas and Partnering Pass meetings.
- be a founder or senior executive of a women's health company;
- be a current employee of the company you represent when applying for the Partnering Pass;
- no one else in your company can already hold a Partnering Pass; and
- agree to take up to eight (8) meetings across the two days of the event, four (4) on each day, with investors, corporates and other partners matched to you by our team.
How Partnering Pass recipients are selected
Selection is made solely by us, based on what the investors, corporates and other partners attending Women’s Health Week are looking to meet with, so that every meeting is relevant to both sides. Submitting a Registration Form does not guarantee a place, and we may withdraw a place at any time.
You must be available for your meetings
You must commit to being available for Partnering Pass meetings on both days of the event within the hours of the event. Exact times are subject to change.
How your meetings are matched
We match your meetings based on the preferences you give in your Registration Form, such as your focus area, funding stage and the type of partners you want to meet. We will aim to match you with the most relevant investors, corporates and partners attending, but we cannot guarantee specific meetings.
What we expect from you
Your Partnering Pass requires:
- completing the Registration Form in full;
- sharing a post of your attendance on LinkedIn within 48 hours of your registration;
- adding all confirmed meetings to your calendar; and
- attending every scheduled meeting we schedule on your behalf on time at the designated meeting area.
Partnering Passes are restricted to one per company
If more than one person from the same company applies, we will offer the place to the applicant we feel is the best match for the partners attending, and the other applicants will not receive a Partnering Pass. Colleagues who are not selected are welcome to attend Women’s Health Week with a standard Delegate Pass.
You are responsible for your own travel
You are responsible for booking and paying for your own travel and accommodation to attend Women's Health Week. Where available, we will share details of recommended hotels.
You must tell us if your employment changes
If you leave, or become aware that you will leave, the company on which your place was based, you must tell us immediately at info@wplatform.co. In this case your place will be withdrawn, although you may recommend a qualified colleague as a substitute. We reserve the right to communicate with you only via your work email address.
What happens if you miss your meetings
The Partnering Pass is offered on the condition that you attend all of your scheduled meetings. If you check in at the event but do not attend your scheduled meetings, you will be ineligible for any future Women's Health Week events.
Cancellations and substitutes
If you can no longer attend, you agree to recommend one or more qualified colleagues as a substitute. Any substitute must be approved by us.You may cancel without penalty up to 4 weeks before the event. Cancellations must be sent in writing to info@wplatform.co. Cancellations after this date without a suitable substitute will result in receiving an invoice at a standard price rate and exclusion from future Women's Health Week events.
How we may use your information
We may share the information you provide in your Registration Form with the investors, corporates and partners attending Women's Health Week, in order to arrange your meetings. We will only share your email address with the partners you are matched and meet with through the Partnering Pass.We will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy at wplatform.co/legal/privacy-policy
We may make changes to these terms
We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time. We will tell you by email if any changes affect your participation.
Which country's laws apply to any disputes
These terms and conditions, their subject matter and their formation (and any non contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
